This charming Villa is located in a very quiet environment close to Bunyola. It is on an urbanisation, only 15 minutes away from Palma and the picturesque village of Sóller.

The house is carefully surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and enjoys a lot of privacy. Being elevated it has the privilege to offer spectacular long views over the Bay of Palma.

The house consists of two floors, has a total of 6 bedrooms and is distributed as follows:

Through the main entrance we access an interior patio which connects other spaces of the house, at the same time it provides a lot of natural light. On this floor we find 3 double bedrooms each with bathroom en suite, a spacious living room and the kitchen.
