The electrical system of the house works through Knx, this allows us from any screen in the house or mobile phone to control any scene, whether underfloor heating, air conditioning, exterior and interior lights, music, open the barrier etc…
In all the interior rooms, including the outside porch area, we have Dalí music speakers, which can also be controlled by the home automation system. KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY:
The kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau 400 series appliances in conjunction with Miele for the laundry and the Bora smoke extraction system.

The house has been built on a 1.6 m high sanitary floor slab, which allows all the main installations to be carried out underneath. The project has worked with many noble materials of recovery: pavement of the entrance and kitchen, Roman bricks for the realization of construction details, natural stone sinks for bathrooms, doors worked with recovered oak wood… All this creating a different and high quality product.
